Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Address issues

  • Wrong Address: If the courier deems your address insufficient, the shipment will return to us. Buyers are responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
  • Unclaimed: Unclaimed shipments return to the seller, and the buyers are responsible for the cost for reshipment.

Lost mail

  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be made within 14 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we won't cover reshipping or refunding. Buyers should contact the carrier for details on the delivery location.
